Survivors include his mother, Melanie K. Kellems and 2 sons, Nicholas and Jacob Kellems, all of Rockford. Brother, Corey (Cindi) Carlson; Brother, Richie Kellems and grandparents, Mary Kellems and Dale Carlson, several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his father, Richard; grandfather, Eunice & grandmother, Marilyn.
Visitation and celebration of his life will be held from 10:00 A.M. until noon on Tuesday, August 7, 2025 at Julian-Poorman-Welte Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family
