Biography

Helen Marie Wang-89-Rockford, died on July 14,2009, at Alden Alma Nelson Nursing Home. Born September 24,1919, in Rockford, daughter of Gunnar C. Magnuson and Pearl Newman Magnuson. She worked at Mechanics Universal Joint Co. for many years. Helen is survived by two sons, James and Barry Wang of Rockford and a cousin, Jeanette Ouellette of Machesney Park. She was formerly married to Ogden Wang who preceded her in death along with her brother, Eugene Magnuson. Graveside service will be at 1:00 P.M. Thursday, July 30, 2025 at Scandinavian Cemetery in Rockford.
