Eugenie “Jeanne” Marie Nyght-75-Rockford, died at 5:32 A.M. Monday, August 10, 2009, at her home. Born October 22, 1933, the daughter of Eleanor Esther Johnson. Married to Harris Charles Nyght in Rockford on November 10, 1951. He died in 1999. She was formerly employed in the office at the One Stop Pharmacy. Member of the ladies Auxiliary at the Harmony Club. Survivors include her daughters, Judi (Mike) Cox of Grafton, WI. and Kathy (Terry) Weatherford of Rockford. Her son, Greg (Chris) Nyght of Woodland Hills, CA.. Brother, Michael (Pat) Johnson and sister, Faith (Dennis) Lee both of Rockford. Grandchildren, Nicole Weatherford, Sam (Amy) Cox and Cathy (Brock) Heinz. Great grandchildren, Patrick Herbst, Michael and Charlie Cox and Will Heinz. Also predeceased by her sister, Marilyn (Aubrey) Gwaltney. Services at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, August 13, 2009, at Julian-Poorman-Welte Funeral Home. Rev. David Petty will officiate. Visitation from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. on Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial at Willwood Cemetery. Memorials may be given in care of the family.
