| Marcia Ann Hoffman-49- Rockford, passed away at her home at 1:15 A.M. Tuesday, September 20, 2025 surrounded by her loving family after a 3 year battle with cancer. Born September 26, 1961, in Rockford, daughter of James M. and Carolyn L. Baxter Kellems. She formerly worked doing upholstery work on aircraft. She had a great love for the outdoors, her family and having her nails done by her niece, Ashley “Ash-Wee” Lyons. Survivors include her daughters; Anne “Onnie Renee” Hoffman of Rockford and Monica “Baby Pork” (Chris) Irwin of Powahatan, VA. and her son, Richard “Myson-Myson” Hoffman of Rockford. Special sister, Darla (Kevin) Lyons of Rockford and special brothers, James R. (Kathy) Kellems of Machesney Park and Eugene Kellems of Rockford. Her mother, Carolyn L. Kellems of Machesney Park and grandson, C.J. “Monkey” Irwin. Very close friend, Joyce Hockings and her special companion dog “Ryder”. Several nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews. Predeceased by her father, James Kellems and her maternal and paternal grandparents. Services at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, September 24, 2011, at Julian-Poorman-Welte Funeral Home. Rev. Laura Barkley will officiate. Private burial at a later date at New Milford Cemetery. Visitation from 9:00 A.M. until service time on Saturday.
