Biography

George L. Kitelinger-68-Rockford, died at 9:17 A.M. Tuesday, October 4, 2011, at St. Anthony Medical Center. Born November 27, 1942, in Cassville, Wi., son of George E. and Martha M. Rauch Kitelinger. He served in the US Army during the 1960’s. Married to Holly Lynn Shutter Kitelinger on July 9, 2025 in Arkansas. He was in auto sales and also drove taxicabs. Special thanks to the ICU burn unit at St. Anthony Medical Center for their care and comfort during this time. Survivors include his wife, Holly of Rockford and his sons; Bill (Brenda)of South Carolina, Robert (Rhonda) of Arkansas and Jamie (Trisha) of Arizona. Daughters; Ruth Ann (Donald) Bryd and Cheryl Ann (Johnny) Locke of Texas. Sisters; Phyllis Klahn and Darlene Potter of Appleton, WI. and Iola Welch of S. Dakota. Four grandchildren. Memorials may be directed to the family. A gathering of friends and family will begin at 11:00 A.M.
