Receive Remains from other Funeral Home includes making arrangements to receive the remains either by air transportation or ground from a funeral service provider outside of the Northern IL area.
All other options below are dependent on service selections.

- Use of Facilities & Staff for Viewing/Visitation
- Use of Facilities & Staff for Funeral Ceremony
- Use of Facilities & Staff for Memorial Service
- Use of Facilities & Staff for Graveside Service
- Use of Facilities & Staff for Church Service
3. Transportation:
- Transfer of Remains to Funeral Home
- Hearse
4. Other Services/Facilities/Equipment
- Transport to O'Hare Airport
